| Windipoles
|
| Windipoles is a free real time passive filter simulator program
developed under Microsoft Visual Studio . NET. It enables design, analysis, optimizations and plots,
all graphically. While component values are changing, graphic windows are updated. Graphics may show,
overlapped, more than one network for comparing purposes. |

Voltage Effective Gain
Voltage Effective Gain is the
relation Vout/Vin or expressed in dB:
Vg=20 x log10 ( || Vout /
Vin || ) |
 |
|
Input Impedance
Equivalent impedance viewed by
the source.
Output Impedance
Equivalent
impedance viewed by the load. |
| |
|
|
 |
|
Return loss Shows how the filter matches in
ratio to the source.
R Loss = - 20 * log10(
|| ( Zout - Zload) /
( Zout + Zload ) || ) |

IMPORTANT NOTE.
================
- Windipoles does NOT connect anytime to
internet, so you do NOT have to disconnect your firewall, NOR have to give any
type of rights to Windipoles.
- The only thing that you may have to do to in order to read
the help file is:
- Try to open the help from WINDOWS EXPLORER (just look for
Windipoles.chm in your PC and double click)
- If a message box appears: "Do you
want to open this file?", uncheck "ask always before openning this file" - In
other machines, it seems that just trying to open several times the help file,
finally it can be read. But, remember, Windipoles.exe and Windipoles.chm do
NEVER connect to internet.
